Spread the love

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g broccoli
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red or orange
  • 1 cup water
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 1 cup herb cream cheese
  • 2 slices of Leberkäse
  • 1 package of Knöpfle from the refrigerated section
  • salt and pepper
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 21 minutes; Total time approx. 31 minutes

also possible for the office!

Fill a microwave bowl with a lid (approximately 1.6 liters) with the specified amount of water. Remove the stems and leaves from the broccoli, rinse under running water, and shake dry. Then cut the head into bite-sized florets. Simply halve any florets that are too large. Deseed the washed bell pepper and cut into 1 cm cubes. Place the prepared vegetables in the microwave bowl along with salt and pepper, cover, and place the bowl on the glass plate in the microwave. Cook at approximately 600 watts for approximately 15 minutes. Pause halfway through and stir once. Test for doneness before the 15 minutes are up. Meanwhile, cut the meatloaf into approximately 1 cm cubes. Once the vegetables are tender, drain the broth (and drink it), add the meatloaf, half a cup of sour cream, and the cream cheese. Mix everything together well, don’t forget the generous pinch of cayenne pepper. Finally, carefully fold in the dumplings so they don’t become mushy. Microwave at 600 watts for about 6 minutes. Stir once more and serve. This recipe serves 3 people. Note: This recipe is for cooks who are short on time but still have hungry mouths to feed, or for hungry people, for example, in the office who are short on time and limited in terms of cooking.
