Microwave recipe, also possible in the office!
Pour three-quarters of the cream into a microwave-safe glass bowl with a lid (1.6 l). Add the cornstarch to the remaining cream and stir until smooth. Then pour this into the bowl, add salt and cayenne pepper, and mix everything well. Finally, stir in the cream cheese and the cream cheese. Carefully fold the dumplings into the cheese sauce so that they separate but don’t become mushy. Drain the water from the peas and add them to the bowl. Drain the mushrooms, halve them, and add them to the bowl. Deseed the washed bell peppers, cut them into approximately 1 cm cubes, and then add them to the bowl. Leave the cooked ham in the stack, halve it once, stack it on top of each other, then cut it into strips and add it to the bowl. After everything is mixed together, put the lid on and place the bowl in the microwave for 20 minutes at approximately 800 watts. Stir halfway through cooking to ensure even cooking. Note: This recipe is perfect for cooks who are short on time but still need to feed hungry mouths, or for hungry people, such as those in the office, who have little time and limited cooking equipment.
