Banana in ham

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 banana(s)
  • 4 slice(s) ham, cooked
  • 1 small can/mandarin orange(s)
  • 1 slice(s) Edam cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes

Peel the banana and slice it lengthwise. Roll each banana half in two overlapping slices of ham and place on the plate. Drizzle each with 1 tablespoon of mandarin orange juice, then cook for about 3/4 to 1 minute. Cut the cheese into thin strips and arrange diagonally on the ham-covered banana. Cook for another 1/2 minute. Top with some mandarin orange segments. The times given refer to the “cook” setting in the microwave.
