Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g pasta (macaroni)
- 200 g cooked ham
- 200 g mushrooms
- 300 g tomatoes, peeled
- 2 m.-sized eggs
- 2 tbsp cream
- 200 g cheese, grated
- 10 g butter
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- some salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Boil macaroni in salted water and cut into finger-length pieces. Dice the ham, slice the mushrooms, and quarter the tomatoes. Grease a casserole dish with a little butter and fill it alternately with macaroni, ham, and mushrooms. Whisk the eggs with cream, cheese, and seasonings and pour over the mixture. Bake the casserole in a preheated oven at 225°C for about 25 minutes.
