Instructions

with turkey schnitzel and hollandaise sauce
Spread the slices of toast thinly with margarine or butter, then top each with a slice of ham (remove any fat from the ham). Rinse the turkey schnitzel (depending on the size, you can use two, but one is usually sufficient) with cold water, pat dry, season with salt, and fry on both sides in a hot pan. Remove from the pan, cut into two equal pieces, and place them on the toast. Place a pineapple slice on each turkey slice. Spread the hollandaise sauce over the remaining ingredients on the toast (the 100 ml is an estimate; it’s best to adjust this according to your taste and the size of the toast; the toast shouldn’t be swimming in the sauce, and it doesn’t need to be completely covered. Handle it a bit like ketchup on a burger!). Finally, place a slice of processed cheese on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for 12-15 minutes. If you like, you can grind fresh pepper over the toast before serving.
