- 20 g Sugar
- 2 Pc. Egg
- 15 g Baking powder
- 160 g Sugar
- 200 g Butter
- 1 Pr Salt
- 350 g Blue seedless grapes
- 450 g Pears fresh
- 25 g Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Chocolate sprinkles
- Grease to coat the form
- Set the oven to 180 degrees and let it warm up, line the 26cm baking pan with baking paper & grease the edges well.
- Wash the pears & blue grapes. Peel the pears & cut into cubes, halve the grapes, place in a bowl and mix with the sugar (50g). cover and let steep.
- Put the flour, baking powder, sugar (160gr), softened butter in a mixing bowl and mix with the mixer to a crumbly dough. Pour two thirds of the dough into the prepared baking pan, distribute it and press it down so that an approx. 2-3 cm high edge is formed.
- Refine the pear and grape mix with crispy chocolate sprinkles or flakes, stir gently & distribute everything on the cake base. Spread the last third of the batter as a sprinkle on the fruit & put it in the preheated oven.
- The baking time varies between 50-60 minutes, again depending on the oven, not everyone is the same.
- After baking, sprinkle the cake with some powdered sugar & let the cake cool in the pan. The powdered sugar can but does not have to be. Serving whipped cream with it is a delicious alternative!
