Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 ml water, hot
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp poppy seeds
- 2 tbsp flaxseed
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 125 g rye flour (wholemeal)
- 125 g wheat flour (wholemeal)
- 125 g spelt flour (wholemeal)
- 125 g wheat flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 packet of dry yeast
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Recipe for the bread maker, BBA
Pour the hot water directly into the bread maker’s baking pan and let the sesame, poppy, and flax seeds soak in it until the water has cooled enough that you won’t burn yourself if you put your finger in it. Then add all the remaining ingredients and start the normal program (mine took 3 hours).
