Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 ¼ liters of juice (plum juice)
  • 500 g gelling sugar 1:3
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon, or a piece of cinnamon stick
  • some citric acid

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Pit and juice the plums; this will take a while. Measure the juice and add it to a saucepan with the cinnamon, gelling sugar, and citric acid. Bring to a boil and simmer for at least 3 minutes while stirring. Then immediately pour into twist-off jars and seal the jars.
