- 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 1 tbsp pistachios, chopped

quick, easy, sweet
Peel the banana and place it in the freezer for a few minutes. In the meantime, melt the chocolate coating. Prepare the desiccated coconut and pistachios. Remove the banana from the freezer and generously cover it with chocolate. Then quickly decorate the banana with pistachios and desiccated coconut and place it back in the freezer for about an hour to chill thoroughly and the chocolate to dry. Just cut the banana into bite-sized pieces before serving.
