Minced meat and broccoli pan

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 300 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 250 g minced beef
  • ½ broccoli
  • 1 tbsp Italian herbs, frozen
  • 100 ml cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Chop the broccoli into florets and cook in salted water until al dente. Slice the tomatoes. Slice the onion into rings and fry in a little oil. Add the tomato paste and fry briefly. Add the cherry tomatoes and fry briefly. Then add the minced meat and fry. Add the cream and season generously with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs. Stir in the broccoli.
