- 1 tomato(s)
- 2 onions, red

- 2 tbsp mustard, medium hot
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 200 g arugula
- 500 ml malt beer
- 1 pinch(s) salt and pepper
- 200 g goat cheese
- some honey
- some rapeseed oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
First, season the ground beef with salt and pepper and form two equal-sized balls. Form these into patties using a burger press or your hands. Slice the tomato and slice the red onion into rings. Wash the arugula and spin it dry. Mix equal parts mayonnaise, mustard, and ketchup to make a burger sauce and season with salt. If desired, add a little cayenne pepper. Fry the patties in a hot pan until medium or well-done, depending on your taste. After turning them over once, place the cheddar cheese on top. Meanwhile, sauté the onion rings in oil in a hot pan and deglaze with the malt beer. Cook for a few minutes until the malt beer has evaporated. Cut open the burger buns and lightly toast them in a toaster or pan. Place the goat cheese on the patties and let it melt for a few more minutes. If desired, drizzle with honey. Spread the burger sauce on the bottom half of the bun. Then place arugula, tomato slices, and malt beer onions on top. Then add the patty and the top half of the bun, spread with the burger sauce.
