Wagyu burger with goat yogurt

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 burger patty (Wagyu beef patty), approx. 130 g
  • 125 g goat’s yogurt
  • ½ tsp sumac
  • 1 hamburger bun
  • 1 small cucumber(s)
  • 2 cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 small onion(s), red
  • Coconut oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mix the goat’s yogurt with the sumac. Halve the bun. Thinly slice the cucumber, onion, and tomatoes. Heat the oil in a heavy-based pan. Place the patty straight from the refrigerator into the pan, turning every 10 seconds until the desired browning is achieved. Top the bun as follows: bun, yogurt, cucumber, tomatoes, meat, yogurt, cucumber, onion, bun.
