Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 slices of toast (wholemeal sandwich)
- 10 g butter
- 50 g Camembert(s)
- 2 tsp cranberries, from the jar
- 2 slices of bacon
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
a quick, tasty snack for a little hunger between meals
Cut each bacon slice into three pieces and fry them in a non-stick pan without adding any fat until crispy. Cut the Camembert into thin slices. Brush the sandwich slices with butter and top one slice with the Camembert. Distribute the cranberries on top and place the bacon on top. Cover with the second slice and toast the bread in the sandwich maker for about 5 minutes.
