Pretzel boats with egg, ham, onions and cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 pretzel sticks for baking, frozen
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp diced ham
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1 handful of cheese, grated
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Thaw the pretzel sticks, cut a slit lengthwise down the middle, and pull them apart to form boats. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Slice the spring onions and set the green part aside. Mix the white part with the remaining ingredients in a bowl and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Pour the mixture into the boats and sprinkle with the green part of the spring onions. Bake in the hot oven for about 15 minutes and serve while still warm.
