Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g spelt flour (wholemeal)
- 150 g wheat flour (wholemeal)
- 100 g wheat flour, type 1050
- 200 g wheat flour, type 550
- 2 tbsp oil
- 440 ml water
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 6 tbsp quinoa
- 1 tsp dry yeast
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
for the bread maker
First, add the liquid ingredients to the bread maker, then the rest, and finally the yeast. Use the standard program, 750 g. Tip: The bread rises very well, so if you’re using a smaller bread maker, it’s best to halve the quantities listed in the ingredients list.
