Grilled bread with minced meat

Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 12 slices of bread (grain or wholemeal bread)
  • 500 g Mett, Thuringian, or minced meat half and half,
  • 1 cup processed cheese, light
  • n. B. spice(s)
  • n. B. herbs
  • 1 tbsp mustard

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 18 minutes

Season the ground beef or use pre-seasoned Thuringian minced meat and mix it with the mustard. Spread a thin layer of processed cheese on the bread slices, then distribute the ground beef over the top and press down firmly. Place the slices on the grill, meat side down first, then flip. Grill for about 4 minutes on the meat side and then on the bread side, until nicely crispy. This depends on the type of bread and your personal preference.
