Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 cups of cream
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 2 cans of tuna, natural, drained
- 200 g cheese, grated
- ¾ bag of pasta (spirelli or penne)
- pepper
- possibly salt
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Pre-cook the pasta according to the package instructions or use leftovers from the day before. Grease a baking dish. Pour the cream into the baking dish and press or grate the garlic into it. Peel and dice the onions, then add them to the cream along with the drained tuna. Season with pepper. Add the cooked pasta and some of the cheese to the dish and mix well. Finally, sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (convection oven) for about 25-30 minutes (preferably 25 minutes). Serve hot. Important: If necessary, add salt after baking, as the tuna is usually already salty enough.
