Baked nectarine on yogurt

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 nectarine(s)
  • 15 g brown sugar
  • 125 g vanilla yogurt
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • Fat for the mold
  • 10 g almond(s), whole
  • 1 mint leaf for garnishing

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat). Lightly grease a small baking dish. Halve the nectarine, remove the stone, and place the halves cut-side up in the dish. Sprinkle the brown sugar over the nectarine halves. Bake the nectarine in the oven for 20-25 minutes; cooking time may vary. Pour boiling water over the almonds. After a few minutes, drain the water, peel the almonds, and roughly chop them. Mix the vanilla yogurt with the vanilla sugar and pour into a dessert bowl. Let the baked nectarine cool slightly, place it on the yogurt, and sprinkle with the almond pieces. Garnish with a mint leaf and serve.
