Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • Orange(s) and/or
  • Grapefruit(s) and/or
  • Pineapple and/or
  • Kiwi(s) and/or
  • Mango(s) and/or
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 10 g sugar
  • ½ cup sweet cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Fillet the fruit and place it in an ovenproof dish. For the sauce, beat the egg yolks, vanilla sugar, and sugar over a pan of hot water until creamy. Fold in the stiffly whipped cream and spread it over the fruit. Grill for 5-6 minutes.
