- some cane sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel, halve, and core the pears. Place them cored-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with sugar and a little of the pie spice mix. Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for about 15 minutes. Then remove the tray, sprinkle with brown sugar, and bake at 180°C for another 15-20 minutes (until tender). Serve lukewarm.
