Wild garlic pizza

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 serving of pizza dough from the refrigerated section or homemade
  • 1 cup of sour cream (approx. 200 g)
  • 5 slices of raw ham
  • 1 handful of wild garlic
  • 150 g pizza cheese, grated, or 200 g if desired
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

super easy

Roll out the pizza dough onto a baking sheet. Spread the sour cream on the dough and spread it with a knife to the edges. Season with salt and pepper. Cut wild garlic on top with scissors (depending on how much you can tolerate or like). Tear the ham and spread it on the pizza as well. Sprinkle with cheese. Place in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 10-15 minutes. It tastes even better cold the next day.
