Arugula – salmon – salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bowl of arugula
  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 8 tbsp balsamic vinegar, dark

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with only 4 ingredients

Wash the arugula and remove the stems. Cut the smoked salmon into 1 cm thick strips. Arrange the salad on a plate and scatter the salmon strips over it. Heat the honey and balsamic vinegar in a pan. Bring the mixture to a boil and simmer briefly until thickened. Drizzle the warm dressing over the salad with a tablespoon and serve immediately.
