Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of pizza dough for 1 baking sheet (from the refrigerated section or homemade)
  • 250 mg hollandaise sauce
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 1 pack of grated cheese (e.g. Emmental)
  • 500 g asparagus
  • n. B. herbs
  • Water or vegetable stock for blanching
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Peel the asparagus, cut into approximately 1 cm long pieces, and blanch briefly in water or vegetable stock. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease a baking sheet and roll out the pizza dough, pulling up the edges slightly. Spread the hollandaise sauce on top and season with herbs, salt, and pepper (be careful with the salt; ham, cheese, and hollandaise sauce already contain plenty of salt). Place the asparagus pieces and the sliced ​​cooked ham on top and sprinkle everything with grated cheese. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius (convection oven) for about 20 minutes.
