Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 pkt. Puff pastry, bought ready-made
- 3 eggs
- 375 ml milk
- 3 stalk(s) Celery , cut into small pieces
- 6 tbsp corn kernels
- 1 bell pepper(s), green, diced
- 150 g ham, cooked, diced
- 100 g cheese, finely shredded (Gouda)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
with puff pastry and celery
Line a springform pan with puff pastry. Whisk eggs with milk. Stir in celery, corn, bell pepper, ham, and cheese. Season generously with salt and pepper. Pour this mixture into the prepared springform pan and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (convection oven) for approximately 45-60 minutes.
