Flatbread pizza with a hint of garlic

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 flatbread(s)
  • 6 slices of salami
  • 4 slices of cooked ham
  • 6 slices of ham (farmer’s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 400 g cheese (pizza), grated
  • 10 tbsp ketchup
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • 12 slice(s) of tomato(s)
  • 2 clove(s) garlic, chopped
  • 4 tsp sauce (garlic)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Chop the cooked ham, salami, farmer’s ham, and onion into small pieces. Mix together the ketchup and tomato paste. Cut the flatbread horizontally. Spread the ketchup and tomato mixture evenly on each flatbread half, then scatter the garlic on top. Top with the cooked ham, salami, farmer’s ham, and onion pieces, along with the tomato slices. Season with salt and pepper. Top with cheese. Finally, sprinkle with oregano. Bake for 15-20 minutes in an oven preheated to 150°C (300°F). Spread the finished pizza with the garlic sauce and then cut into portions.
