Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g pizza dough
  • 150 ml tomato sauce
  • 100 g black olives, pitted, cut into rings
  • 200 g ham, diced
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • A little oregano optional, or spices and herbs of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Roll out the pizza dough on a greased baking sheet. Spread with the tomato sauce and sprinkle with the olives and diced ham. Sprinkle with oregano or other spices and herbs of your choice. Spread the cheese on top. Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes (depending on the oven).
