Quick chocolate sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 ml sugar
  • 100 ml water
  • 100 ml cocoa powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Whisk all ingredients together in a saucepan. Heat and simmer for about 5-10 minutes until the sauce thickens. This chocolate sauce tastes great with vanilla ice cream, for example!
