Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pointed cabbage
  • 100 g bacon, diced
  • 200 ml cream
  • 600 ml instant meat broth
  • Salt and pepper, black
  • n. B. Sauce thickener
  • 1 large onion(s)

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

very tasty and filling

Cut the pointed cabbage into sixths, remove the stalk, and cut into thin strips. Lightly fry approximately 100g of streaky bacon, add a large, roughly chopped onion, and fry until translucent. Add the pointed cabbage, sprinkle with black pepper, stir, and pour in the meat broth. Simmer for approximately 20 minutes. Add approximately 200ml of cream and thicken with a sauce thickener, if desired.
