Fruits – Cream
The perfect fruits – cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Can Fruit cocktail
- 6 leaf Gelatin
- Lemon juice to taste
- 200 ml Cream
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- Mint leaves
- 6 Put dessert glasses to one side. Soak the gelatine in cold water. Whip the cream with vanilla sugar until stiff.
- Puree the fruits to taste. I took a can of fruit cocktail for it. Let the fruits drain. Use the juice for something else. Puree the drained fruits with lemon juice.
- Squeeze out the soaked gelatine and heat it slightly with a little fruit juice until it has dissolved. Not too hot or boiling !!!
- Mix some fruit pulp into the dissolved gelatine – temperature equalization. Then mix the gelatine well with the rest of the fruit pulp, stirring constantly. Finally fold the whipped cream into the fruit pulp.
- I still had a few blueberries left from the day before, which I put in the glasses below. Then distribute the fruit cream in the dessert glasses. Decorate with the cherries and some blueberries taken from the cocktail and put a mint leaf in each glass. Chill the dessert glasses for at least 1 hour.
- This fruit cream also tastes very good with fresh strawberries or other fruit.
