Ingredients
 

  • Some strawberries to gusto-about 250 g

  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 half a teaspoon Cayenne powder or chilli powder

cream

  • 3 tbsp Goat cream cheese
  • 1 splash Lemon
  • 1 tsp Sliced ​​chives
  • 1 half a teaspoon Chopped dill

plum swab

  • 2 tbsp Plum jam
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 pinch Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Okay strawberries in June are definitely more aromatic..but I found very nice specimens and the additions top the whole thing ..... it's always delicious .. please try it again ..
  • I cleaned the strawberries, cut them in half .. I beat one of the ingredients for the marinade .. It can be quite hot .. I put the strawberries in the marinade and then sprinkled it with sugar again .. good stirred and covered with cling film .. in the fridge for an hour.bitte stir more often in between .. !!!!!
  • in the meantime i have mixed the cream from the goat cheese ... in another bowl also the plum swab cream ..... after an hour i served the strawberries with the cheese cream and smeared the plum swab over it ... bon appetit !! more suitable as a starter ...
