Nectarine-plum-chocolate jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 600 g nectarine(s), peeled and weighed
  • 400 g plum(s), peeled and weighed
  • 2 vanilla pods, the pulp
  • 500 g gelling sugar (2:1)
  • 100 g chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Chop the fruit into small pieces and puree. Add the vanilla bean pulp and the gelling sugar and cook according to the package instructions. After the gelling test (successfully) remove the pan from the heat and stir in the chocolate sprinkles. Immediately pour into rinsed twist-off jars, screw on tightly, and turn upside down to cool. I used three large jars and one small jar.
