  • 500 g strawberries
  • 250 ml juice (apple-elderberry juice, in my recipes)
  • 500 g gelling sugar, 2:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

You can find the recipe for apple and elderflower juice in my recipe section, in the recipe for apple and elderflower jelly. Rinse and puree the strawberries, mix with the apple and elderflower juice and the gelling sugar, and cook according to the package instructions.
