Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 liter orange juice
  • 150 ml tequila (white)
  • Grenadine
  • 500 g gelling sugar, 3:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cocktail for the roll

Combine the orange juice, 100 ml of tequila, and the gelling sugar in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer for 4 minutes, or as directed on the package. Then add the remaining tequila. In the meantime, pour about 1/2 cm of the grenadine syrup into each prepared jar. Once the setting test is successful, the jam can be carefully poured into the jars, ensuring that the grenadine syrup is not completely disturbed, but only slightly combined with the jam. The best way to do this is to let the jam run over the back of a spoon into the jar as you pour. DO NOT turn the jars upside down after sealing them, otherwise all your careful pouring will have been in vain.
