Nectarine – Strawberry – Grapefruit Jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 440 g nectarine(s), (weighed peeled)
  • 400 g strawberries (weighed peeled)
  • 160 g grapefruit(s) (peeled and freed from white membranes)
  • 2 pinch(s) cinnamon, ground
  • 4 pinch(s) cocoa powder (for baking)
  • 330 g gelling sugar, 3:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Puree all the fruit together and season with cinnamon and cocoa. Boil gently with the preserving sugar for 4 minutes, then immediately pour into prepared jars.
