Raspberry-Apple Jam with Thyme

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g raspberries
  • 500 g apples, already peeled and without seeds
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 pack of gelling sugar, 1:2

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash the raspberries. Blend the apple pieces and raspberries with the lemon juice until smooth (if you want to retain some fruit pieces, don’t run the blender too long). Transfer the mixture to a large pan and cook according to the instructions for the gelling sugar. Add the thyme towards the end of the cooking time. Pour the mixture directly into tightly sealed, boiled jars.
