Banana-ginger jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg banana(s), peeled
  • 50 g ginger
  • some lemon juice
  • 1 kg gelling sugar 1:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 24 minutes

Cut the bananas into small pieces and puree. Finely grate the ginger. Mix everything with the gelling sugar and a little lemon juice. Bring to a boil while stirring. Simmer for 4 minutes, then pour into jars and seal.
