Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g Camembert(s), mature
  • 25 g butter, soft
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp dry white wine
  • some salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 tsp pistachios, chopped, green

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

the garlic variant of Bavarian Obatzten

Mash the Camembert with a fork and mix with the butter. Peel and finely chop or press the garlic, then add it and mix with the white wine. Season generously with the spices. Finally, fold in the pistachios and refrigerate until ready to serve.
