Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 vanilla pods
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 6 egg yolks
- 250 ml cream

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 6 minutes; Total time approx. 11 minutes
Split the vanilla pods and scrape out the seeds with a knife. Whisk the seeds and the remaining ingredients in a double boiler for about 5-6 minutes until fluffy.
