Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 10 eggs, hard-boiled, cooled
  • 1,000 ml water
  • 100 g salt
  • some mustard
  • some oil
  • some Maggi

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest period approx. 7 days; Total time approx. 7 days 20 minutes

Pour the water into a suitably sized jar with a lid, dissolve the salt, and add the lightly beaten eggs. Let it sit for about a week. After the soaking time, peel the egg, cut it in half, remove the yolk, and mix with mustard, oil, and perhaps Maggi sauce to taste. Fill the mixture into the egg halves (perhaps using a piping bag) and serve.
