Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 stalk(s) chicory
  • 1 large orange(s)
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Paprika powder, hot
  • Sugar
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Quarter the chicory, cut out the bitter core at the end in a wedge shape, and cut the quarters into strips. Quarter the peeled orange and slice thinly. Slice the onion into rings and mix with the chicory and orange. Prepare a marinade with lemon juice, salt, paprika, sugar, and oil. Pour over the salad and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
