Working time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour

Christmas jam

Preparation: Wash, peel, quarter, core, and finely dice the apples, and weigh out 900g. Peel the oranges, removing the white pith. Cut out the fruit segments, cut into small pieces, and weigh out 400g. Cut the marzipan mixture into very small cubes. Preparation: Mix the fruit, marzipan, and bitter almond flavoring in a saucepan with the gelling sugar. Bring everything to a boil over high heat, stirring continuously, and simmer for at least 3 minutes. Remove from the heat. Immediately fill the jam to the brim in prepared jars. Secure with twist-off lids, turn over, and let stand on the lid for about 5 minutes. I mixed all the ingredients together and let it sit overnight.
