Currant-Mango Jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 600 g currants
  • 280 g mango(s)
  • 900 g gelling sugar, 1:1
  • 50 ml orange liqueur (e.g. Grand Marnier)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 24 minutes

Wash the currants and remove them from the stalks. Peel the mango, remove the stone, and dice very finely. Bring the fruit to a boil with the gelling sugar and 30 ml of orange liqueur and simmer for 4 minutes. Add the remaining orange liqueur. Pour into the prepared jars and seal.
