Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 1 pack of diced feta cheese
  • 1 pack of spinach (spiced spinach, frozen)
  • 1 bag of pine nuts, roasted
  • 200 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the tagliatelle pasta al dente according to the package instructions. Drain through a sieve and transfer to a baking dish. Then stir in the thawed spiced spinach, diced feta cheese, and pine nuts. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 225°C for approximately 20-25 minutes. Serve hot.
