Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta (fusilli or other spiral pasta)
- 600 ml cream
- 3 eggs
- 250 g feta cheese
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tsp nutmeg, grated
- 130 g mozzarella, grated
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the pasta al dente and reserve 250ml of the cooking liquid. Let the pasta cool slightly. Thoroughly whisk the cream and eggs into the cooking water, stir in the crumbled feta, flour, and nutmeg. Season with salt and pepper. Place the pasta in a baking dish greased with olive oil and pour the cream mixture over it. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 30-35 minutes, until the casserole is firm and the crust is golden brown.
