Spread the love

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 600 g gnocchi, finished product
  • 150g Gorgonzola
  • 50 g crème fraîche
  • 130 g cream
  • little salt
  • some nutmeg, freshly grated
  • pepper
  • 100 g mozzarella, grated
  • Basil, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

vegetarian, for a casserole dish

Preheat the oven to 200°C fan/convection oven. Roughly chop the Gorgonzola and mix it in a bowl with the crème fraîche and cream. Season to taste with a pinch of nutmeg, pepper, and salt (not essential, as the Gorgonzola is salty). Place the gnocchi and cheese mixture in a baking dish and mix well. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and bake on the middle rack for about 20 minutes. If you’d like the cheese to brown slightly, you can switch to the grill function for the last few minutes. Sprinkle with basil and serve.
