Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g pasta (spirelli)
- 1 pack of ham
- 1 pack of cream
- 100 ml milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 pack of cheese (pizza)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Simple and fast
Cook the pasta until al dente and drain. Combine the cream with the milk and eggs and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix the pasta with the sliced ham and place it in a casserole dish. Pour the sauce over it and top with the cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180-200°C for about 20 minutes.
