Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g bread mix
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, very finely chopped
  • 10 leaves of wild garlic, fresh, roughly chopped
  • some chili powder
  • Flour, for dusting

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Combine the baking mix with slightly less water than the package specifies (use olive oil instead) and the remaining ingredients in a food processor or by hand to form a dough. Let it rise for 2-3 hours in a yeast dough bowl or in a preheated oven at 40 degrees Celsius. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with baking paper, shape the dough into a loaf with wet hands, and dust with a little flour. Bake at 220 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes, placing an uncovered bowl of water at the bottom of the oven.
