Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 chicken schnitzels
- 1 can pineapple
- 1 jar mushrooms
- 1 tbsp ketchup (curry ketchup)
- 2 cups of cream
- 1 packet of sauce powder (curry sauce)
- 1 pack of sauce powder (light sauce)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Drain the pineapple, reserving the juice. Drain the mushrooms as well. Place the chicken schnitzels in a baking dish. Top with the drained pineapple and mushrooms. Mix the curry ketchup, cream, and pineapple juice with the sauce mix and pour over the schnitzels. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 30-45 minutes. Serve with rice and salad.
