Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 6 large potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • some basil
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp, heaped salt
  • some oregano
  • 1 garlic clove(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

delicious and quick to prepare

Wash the potatoes and then boil them with their skins on. Mix the oil with the spices. Peel and crush the garlic clove, and add it to the oil mixture. Remove the cooked potatoes from the water and cut each in half (but do not peel). Marinate the potato halves in the oil mixture and let them sit for at least an hour. Only then grill them in an aluminum dish or cook them in a grill pan. It was a hit at the barbecue!
