Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g chicken breast
- 250 ml cream
- 1 tbsp, leveled tomato paste
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 80 g cheese, grated
- 3 bananas
- e.g. salt and pepper
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Cut the chicken breast into 2 cm thick slices, season, and brown briefly on both sides in a pan. Do not overcook. Place the chicken slices side by side in a greased, shallow baking dish. Peel and halve the bananas, and place them on top of the fillet slices. Season the cream with tomato paste, curry powder, and salt, then pour over the cream. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven at 225 °C for approximately 15-20 minutes.
